Charter
We are the Children of Tunare, we worship and adore our goddess
and will fall to the last in order to protect Her and spread word of
Her virtue throughout the lands. We form this alliance to carry
out Her work, and protect all Her people, from all those who would
worship the evil and heathen gods. We respect all life that is
innocent and decent, and spare no quarter for the unjust and the
foul. As a member of this allaince you have a duty to the people
of Faydwer and all of Norath to conduct yourself in the highest of
possible order. The rules of this guild are as follows:

1. There shall be no kill stealing. The enemies
of Tunare are abundant throughout Norath.
2. Taunting or threatening those weaker shall
    be disallowed.
3. A Child of Tunare shall not steal.
4. When in the field, the highest ranking officer
shall be responsible for the conduct and
    welfare of the party.
5. Murder (PvP) shall not be tollerated, as
we are disciples of Tunare, it is Her
belief, and ours, that all life is precious.
6. Excessive shouting and/or use of
inappropriate language shall not be taken
lightly, those that are found to use this
sort of language shall be judged by
    the Justicar.
7. Tunare understands the need for petty
championships or duels to take place among her
children, therefore it is allowed, however, no
looting shall be tolerated among fellow guild
    members.
8. If invovled in a guild war, whether it be out
of hatred or sport, the terms of war must be
    obeyed, disobedience is grounds for
expulsion from the Children of Tunare.
9. You must attempt to attend all meetings,
    75% attendance is recommended.

These are the rules of the guild, they must be obeyed, failure to
obey or suspected disobedience will bring you to the attention of
the Justicar. Charges by other guild members are not brought up
lightly, for false charges are cause for banishment from the Children
of Tunare. The ruling of the Justicar is final and may be only
overturned by the First in extreme cases.

Each division of the guild is to be known as an Arm. An Arm is a
grouping of men and women witch share the same class. Once a
month the First elects the Captain of each Arm. If the elected
Captain is unable or unwilling to perform as Captain of his/her Arm
the First shall elect another. The responsibility of the Arm Captain
is to provide guidance for the members of his/her Arm. An Arm
Captain may recruit members only within his/her Arm's class. The
invitee under question must be well liked among the arm he is to
join. If the character of the invitee is under question, a 3/4
vote is required for admittance to the Arm.

The First responsibilities extend to seeing to the welfare of the
guild in the field and in general. The First is responsible for
recruiting and suggesting new members to the guild. The First is
also responsible for taking on all the duties of the Justicar in
his/her absence, as well as overlooking the duties of the Second
in his/her absence. The First also has the duty of maintaing order
during guild meetings. The First is the only person capable of
declaring a guild war, but only after a majority vote from all the
members of the guild present at the meeting.

The Second may recruit and add to the guild any members in the
absence of the First. The Second is to be told of any unjust orders
belayed by Captains. The Second is in charge of an elite force
drawn from the ranks of all Arms known as the honor guard. Under
circumstances in which the Second is unable to perfom his/her duties
as leader of the Honor Guard, the Justicar is to gain temporary
control of the Honor Guard.

This charter maybe amended by a 2/3 majority vote.
